Minot wines are produced from a ten acre vineyard that is situated between the Margaret River mouth and Margaret River township.
The vineyard's gravelly soils, cool climate and controlled low yield produces premium grapes with great flavour intensity. The grapes are picked when fully-ripe to ensure each vintage has consistency.
During the winemaking process the use of new yeast types and new French oak barrels is incorporated to maximise the ripe fruit flavours.
Minot wines are characteristically full-bodied yet finely balanced blends.
