Minot wines are produced from a ten acre vineyard that is situated between the Margaret River mouth and Margaret River township.
The vineyard's gravelly soils, cool climate and controlled low yield produces premium grapes with great flavour intensity. The grapes are picked when fully-ripe to ensure each vintage has consistency.
During the winemaking process the use of new yeast types and new French oak barrels is incorporated to maximise the ripe fruit flavours.
Minot wines are characteristically full-bodied yet finely balanced blends.
Our 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon received a BLUE GOLD MEDAL & TOP 100 WINE rating at the 2008 Sydney International Wine Challenge.
Our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon recieved a 5/5 Star rating in Winestate Magazine last year.

We have appointed a new winemaker, Clive Otto. Clive is best known for having been Senior Winemaker at Vasse Felix for over 10 years. During his time at Vasse Felix he was nominated for Winestate's Australian Winemaker of the Year and his Heystesbury won Winestate Wine of the Year. We are extremely honoured to have such a gifted winemaker making Minot Wines. Watch out for the 2009 vintage releases.
